About The Maids Serving Austin

The Gibbs Partnership consists of six people. John Gibbs is a native Texan who served 26 years as an Air Force fighter pilot before bringing his lovely wife, Elaine, from Florida to start the business in 1994.

"We chose this business to be able to own our own company, provide a needed service to busy people, participate in the community and provide quality workplace for our employees so they can achieve their potential and improve their lives," relates John.

In 2011, Elaine and John awarded Sandy Robinson (QA), Cindy Martinez (OPS), Linda Cortez (HR) and Jeremy Bell (GM) 2% each for their considerable efforts and talents in growing our business to the success it is today. They are eligible to receive more stock in the company each year and in 2018 will buy the company from John and Elaine.
