About The Maids Serving Austin

There are six people who make up The Gibbs Partnership. John Gibbs, who served 26 years as a fighter pilot in the Air Force,  is a native of Texas. In 1994, he moved his wonderful wife Elaine to Texas from Florida to start the business. 

"We chose this business to be able to own our own company, provide a needed service to busy people, participate in the community and provide quality workplace for our employees so they can achieve their potential and improve their lives," relates John.

In 2011, John and Elaine awarded Jeremy Bell (GM), Linda Cortez (HR), Cindy Martinez (OPS), and Sandy Robinson (QA) 2% each for their considerable talents an efforts in helping to make the business successful. They will buy the company from Elaine and John in 2018 and they are eligible to receive additional stock in the company every year.
