We get tons of comments every week through our anonymous customer survey. Since it is anonymous, we don’t know the names, but here are a few of our favorites everyone is smiling about from last week.

“We have a great team. Laura and her co-workers are fantastic.”

“The ladies did wonderfully as usual! They had a little problem with the electronic ignition being triggered on my stovetop, but they were very good at calling in the problem, having me talk with the supervisor and letting me know that if the problem continued to contact them and they would take care of it. I unplugged the stovetop and let it dry out and it was fine! I appreciate their efforts in correcting the problem and promptly letting me know what happened.”

“Wow on the bathrooms again, they all did such an awesome job and they were very pleasant as well. We are always very pleased with the way our house looks after they clean. AAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++”

08/16/10 to 08/22/10

“We were very happy with the service. We know it was a tough or challenging job, as the home hadn’t really been cleaned in years and there was a lot of stuff everywhere. We were thoroughly pleased and couldn’t be more complementary. I would recommend “The Maids” highly to my friends. We may have you come back out at a later time when we need cleaning agian, but it will probably be awhile. You all will be at the top of our list to call again for service! =)”

Every time it’s so thorough and consistent, and there are lots of extra touches that are so nice… like refolding the linen, folding the paper towel roll, an attention to detail that is delightful. “It’s the details that really matter! Laura Romero is such an attentive and detail-oriented team leader. I noticed her wiping down the wall vents to my air conditioning unit/heat pump in the house! I don’t think I’ve ever done that myself. She also takes the time at the end of the clean to ask me about anything the team can improve on or do next time. The team is also very considerate and flexible -I work at home and they always work around me and then tackle my office last and in a hurry. I am so pleased with Laura R. & my excellent team!”

07/19/10 to 07/25/10

“Hi, I have a terrific team on a normal clean. But today they were incredibly detailed in every area. They dusted pictures, moved things on tables – but it was the care and detailed attention to EVERY area that really caught my eye. There was a second vendor at the house during the clean – he walked back over the carpeting (with my dog in tow) after Letisia had vaccuumed. She went back and re-vaccuumed the entire area after he left – it was great! Also, there was a big stain on the kitchen floor from a dog crate leaking – Olga got all of that up with no problem. I feel very fortunate to have such a great team and great leadership by Olga. They are my “monthly Superstars”!”

“Laura R. and her team arrived early. They were also FAST this time! (Faster than their usual fast.) Their quality was still excellent. Laura R. gives a lot of personal attention to detail in checking each room before they leave. Since I work at home full time, I appreciate their speed which minimizes disruption to my business day. My team is outstanding!”
