After every cleaning, our customers have the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback by means of Mindshare Technologies (mshare.net) which is an independent survey company. This feedback can be provided over the phone or online.  (click here to see results).  Our company has been ranked in the top 5 out of all of The Maids offices in the Canada and the US for the last three years, We believe that this speaks not only to our consistency in training our cleaning teams but also in our excellence in customer service.

We clean in depth which is the best method of cleaning. For example, we will keep your baseboards and ceiling fans free from dust. We also use selected supplies and specifically designed equipment.

Our dedicated staff of Operations Managers will provide you with the personalized service you deserve by answering all of your questions over the phone.

We have dedicated Field Leaders who spend much of their time if the field with their teams ands are also in charge of training and hiring.

Team members are provided with remedial training if they don't meet our standards. We have not only improved our team member tenure and morale since we began this performance feedback system, we have also significantly improved our product.

After each of the first three cleanings, you will receive a phone call to make sure that we are meeting all of your requirements. Every four months we also call every customer and ask for their feedback. We are here to take care of any concerns that you might have.
