After each clean, we invite our customers to give feedback anonymously using an independent survey company called Mindshare Technologies (mshare.net). This feedback can be provided overthe Internet or over the phone. The following are are some comments from customer we wish to share with you!

"I was called to an emergency meeting that day but the crew "knew the drill". Everything was great. The dog was sick all day but the crew handled it just great. The vacuuming was TERRIFIC. "The team who cleaned my home did an AMAZING job. My home had been lived in by an elderly person who had not dusted or cleaned the place in probably a year. I was worried about how dusty and dirty the floors/walls and ceilings were. The team who came to clean managed to get my home looking 100% better! I was so impressed when I returned home and found that they were able to get things cleaned up. I was also impressed by the attention to small details. (getting all pictures, and small items dusted and back in place.) It was so nice to return to such a CLEAN home! Please pass on my THANKS! The condo looks WONDERFUL!!!"

"It was about 100 degrees the day of my clean; but the girls showed up with smiles and great attitudes as if it was a 70 degree day! Everything was excellent - bathrooms, dusting, entry way and the kitchen were all spotless. They even found some missing "treasures" that I had been looking for (a business card, some dog bones, and some paperwork that was lost). I appreciate it."

"We recently added a storm door to the back of the house; it was so clear after the team finished that the dog ran into it twice! :o And I can't say enough about the vacuuming - I hope to someday buy that model as it has excellent suction. They knew what had happened and they also knew how to fix it. I was relieved because I thought I would have to call for repairs after they left. They fixed the problem with the cook-top and then finished the rest of their cleaning. Anyway they did a great job today and I think they can handle most anything that goes wrong quite efficiently.
